How do I setup IP-COM \ IP-Manager ComPort Redirector Software for Windows. Converts modem applications to work over TCP/UDP/IP network.

VirtualComm IP Manager. This innovative software can communicate seamlessly with old communications software and divert data out of a virtual serial port rather than through the traditional physical serial port. This virtual serial port emulates the physical communication port and provides a digital gateway to the internet�all without requiring any modification to the existing software codes or other equipment. The VirtualComm IP Manager works as a circuit-switched call, but is actually internet based.
