This is for firmware LF1.2.11 and assumes that you have the correct Alltel PRI file in place.             "ALLTEL ONLY MODULES" Every PRI is different -

Note: Shared Secrets will never be displayed using AT commands. The AT response will only display 'Set' or 'Unset'.

check current settings before you begin AT$QCMIPGETP=0

AT$QCMIPGETP=0  Display Profile 0 parameters

Profile:0 Enabled
NAI: @alltel.net
Home Addr:0.0.0.0
Primary HA: 0.0.0.0
Secondary HA: 0.0.0.0
MN-AAA SPI:1000
MN-HA SPI:257
Rev Tun:1
MN-AAA SS:Set
MN-HA SS:Unset
1.      AT$QCMIPP=0 Change Active User Profile to NAI Profile 0
NOTE:
The default value is for NAI Profile 0 to be the active profile. Therefore, this step should not be needed.

NOTE:
The following commands make changes to the parameters in the "CURRENT/ACTIVE"
user profile. Make sure you use the above command, to first set the profile (that you
plan to read and write) to active.

2.      AT$QCMIPNAI=user@domain,1 Writes Network Access ID in Active Profile
NOTE: Alltel set this as: MDN@alltel.net
The M200 should correctly auto-populate this field, when the MDN is written. Therefore, this step should not be needed.

3. AT$QCMIPMHSS="shared secret",1 Writes Mobile Node Home Agent Shared Secret in Active Profile

4. AT$QCMIPMASS="shared secret",1 Writes Mobile Node AAA Shared Secret in Active
Profile
NOTE: Alltel set this as 'alltel'. It should already be in place by virtue of the Alltel PRI. Therefore, this step should not be needed.

NOTE: The syntax of these last three commands requires a ",1" to commit the data to NV. See
the Kyocera 200 Reference Guide (82-M8864-1) for more details.

NOTE:
Alltel sets the Home Address, Primary Home Agent Address and Secondary Home Agent Address to 0.0.0.0. They should already be in place by virtue of the Alltel PRI.

Verify that the changes that you have written are indeed in place.

NOTE:
A read command (ex. AT$QCMIPNAI?) will respond with uncommitted data. The
AT$QCMIPGETP command will respond with committed data only.
The MN AAA and MN HA Shared Secrets will never be displayed using AT commands. The AT
response will only display 'Set' or 'Unset'. They can be viewed using the PST.
Verify that the provisioning is successful by establishing 1xRTT Packet Data call, to test
provisioning.

VirtualComm IP Manager. This innovative software can communicate seamlessly with old communications software and divert data out of a virtual serial port rather than through the traditional physical serial port. This virtual serial port emulates the physical communication port and provides a digital gateway to the internet—all without requiring any modification to the existing software codes or other equipment. The VirtualComm IP Manager works as a circuit-switched call, but is actually internet based.
