1 = Input 0
2 = GND 3 = Input 1 4 = Input 2 5 = Input 3 Cry-out alarm SMS 1 “Active Low” 6 = Input 4 7 = VCC “Do Not use” 8 = Input 5 9 = Output 0 10 = N/A 11 = Output 1 12 = Output 2 13 = Output 3 14 = Output 4 15 = Output 5 16 = GND - I/O connector, Input 3 [pin 5] and Input 5 [pin 8] is momentarily shorted for at least 1 seconds to GND, the modem automatically switches to SMS mode and delivers the message, and then switches back to data mode. Please note that there are time durations of approximately 20 seconds that occur while switching from data to SMS modes and back again.
