At the heart of the M2M 882-HSPA is a powerful ARM 9 processor with an Embedded Linux operating system operating at 180 MHz. This engine gives 882-HSPA all of its modem and advanced router features including full Ethernet routing, DHCP Server, NAT, and SNMP support. 882-HSPA+ also operates perfectly on GPRS and Edge networks.
